- The towels must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Initiating a Refund or Exchange:
- If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Return Shipping:
- If your refund or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the towels.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless, of course, the item is defective or incorrect.
Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive your returned towels, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Towels that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Any return or exchange request made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
